Terms of Service & Broadband Agreement

1. Service Provision

Wesfardell Connect provides Pure Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) broadband, Digital Cable Television, and associated telecommunications services across authorized service areas in Roxas City and the Province of Capiz. All service activations are subject to facility availability and technical line feasibility.

2. Subscriber Responsibilities & Equipment

Optical Network Terminals (ONT) and Digital Cable Set-Top Boxes issued by Wesfardell Connect remain the property of the company unless explicitly purchased. Subscribers are expected to exercise due care over installed equipment and ensure prompt reporting of line anomalies or fiber optical loss.

3. Network Peering & Sovereign ASN Standard

Wesfardell Connect operates Autonomous System AS138970 with direct peering interconnects at GetaFIX Manila. We do not enforce artificial speed caps on legitimate residential internet usage.

4. Regulatory Compliance & Support
